MESS is a multi-track step sequencer combined with 125 stereo effects in pedal format, designed to bring dynamic, ever-changing textures to any signal chain.

Four Effect Tracks

Four fully independent effect tracks can each be assigned any effect from a library of 125 stereo effects — spanning reverbs, delays, granular processing, glitch, shapers, drives, filters, pitch shift, and microloopers. All tracks run in sync, enabling intricate sequences of effect movements over time.

16-Step Sequencing

The built-in 16-step grid allows precise modulation of effect parameters across time, turning a static signal into an evolving soundscape. The one-knob-per-function layout makes programming fast and intuitive.

Expansive Preset Library

MESS ships with 150 factory presets and supports up to 1,000 user presets, providing immediate creative starting points as well as ample room for personal sound design.

Flexible Connectivity

Stereo/Mono input and L/R stereo outputs on 6.3 mm jacks are complemented by an expression pedal input, MIDI In/Out on 3.5 mm mini-jacks, and USB-C for firmware updates and preset management. Power requirement: 9–18 V DC / min. 500 mA.
