Tímea and Enikő Customer Service&Claim handlers saved my anniversary: they reshipped my parcel that was broken by DPD. I am very grateful to them, they are kind, fast, flexible, helpful fairies. I hope they get a medal or a holiday because this is exceptional customer support. We haven't tried the product yet, but it is intact and in a very safe, nice packaging - and for the second time, I have ordered with GLS. ALWAYS order with GLS, dudes. The product of Midas DN4816-O was delivered quickly and all other music web shops could not deliver this product. I had also calculated a two-day delay due to UPS. You can also read that UPS cannot meet the delivery time. I think Muziker cannot change that. The product was received fine.

Hello, I finally purchased my Katana Go which I was waiting for long time to be in stocks again. Even though it shipped little bit late everything was fine. Especially good shipping prices making shopping experience better.
