Everything was fast and smooth! The order was safely packed!

Buying and communication from your customer service was easy. But the time between payment done and shipping was too long and no updates.(from 28th May till 2nd June). And during shipping parcel did't move for like three days (stayed at a depot in CZ) and no good shipping info/updates for delivery from Geis.I bought the article 28 May but received the parcel on 10th of June. This takes too long for a European shipment.I would like to buy a second one of the same article, but administration of your webshop and shipment must be faster.

The price was lower than in other shops, they sent out the package within 2 days and it arrived early at it's destination. Packaging was really good had a mildly tough time getting it out.

J'ai commender plusieur disque vinyle sur leur site déjà leur site on un large choix de disques vinyles et de produits derivé, livraison rapide ca prend une semaine pour venir en france pratique, article bien proteger avec du papier bulle et un carton bien adapter pour le transporte et le SAV est rapide quand on a un probleme pour une commande, c'est un cultura version republique tcheque 👍je recommande

Ik was helemaal zelf de fout. Muziker heeft alles gedaan wat moest. Dezelfde dag nog hebben ze alles in orde gebracht en achter enkele dagen is mijn pakketje er al. De koeriersdienst heeft zelfs al een mail gestuurd met de trackingnummer. Top, vooral Zuzana. Thanks Muziker.
