Steinberg Cubase Artist 16 Full Version (Digitalni proizvod)

A Complete DAW for Serious Producers

Cubase Artist is Steinberg's mid-tier digital audio workstation, sitting between the entry-level Cubase Elements and the flagship Cubase Pro. It targets producers, songwriters, and composers who want professional tools without paying for every Pro-only feature. The full version ships as a perpetual license with a downloadable installer for macOS and Windows.

The Artist edition unlocks unlimited audio, MIDI, and VST instrument tracks, a 64-bit / 192 kHz audio engine, and a bundle of 12 virtual instruments and 75 effects. Producers get the DrumMachine and Pattern Sequencer for beat programming, VariAudio for vocal pitch correction, and SpectraLayers Go for spectral audio editing.

What Sets This Edition Apart

DrumChain bundles dedicated drum processing — EQ, compression, and transient shaping — into a single insert designed for beat production. Paired with the Pattern Sequencer and Drum Track, it forms a focused beat-making pipeline. Version 16 also adds Mastering Presets, Waves Illugen, Instrument Stacks, the Module for HALion Sonic, and VocalTouch, plus a redesigned Tempo Detection panel.

Who This DAW Is For

The Cubase Artist 16 is the right choice for producers, songwriters, and composers who have outgrown entry-level DAWs and want unlimited tracks and professional mixing tools in one package. It suits bedroom producers, film composers, and live performers hosting virtual instruments. Hobbyists will find Elements sufficient; large-scale film or Atmos work still demands Pro.

Steinberg and the Cubase Lineage

Steinberg has been developing Cubase since 1989, making it one of the longest-running DAWs in the industry. The software powers productions behind Hollywood film scores and Billboard hits, with named users including Hans Zimmer, Ludwig Göransson, and Zedd. Artist sits in the middle of a three-tier lineup — Elements, Artist, Pro — letting producers step up as their needs grow.
